This set was made in PS5 (on a Mac), using basically Filters and Layer Modes. The specifics may not be available in other programs or versions of Photoshop, but the general method is available to anyone.

Challenge #121 is open until midnight-your-time this Saturday. Anyone for Halloween icons?

Four entries so far.

The Halloween challenge is supposed to close this Sunday morning, so that you'll still have time after the voting to use the Halloween icons you make if you want to.

So far, no entries. I can of course extend the challenge for another week, and will do so if there aren't enough entries for a vote by Sunday morning.
